Where we started
Our strata complex has two buildings 3150 and 3170 built between 1990 and 1991 with a total of 188 suites. These buildings are part of the same strata. Both buildings are joined underground with secure parking.

Electric vehicle charging registration
If you own an electric vehicle and are using an electric outlet in your parking stall to charge the vehicle, you are required to pay a monthly fee of $30 as approved at the AGM.
